"Home Delivery"

If you are staying at one of the beautiful BnBs in the area and would like a Full Day Hire then we can arrange "Home Delivery and Collection" direct to your door.  This will help you make the most of your day with no "Closing Times" to worry about.  There is a $20.00 fee per bike and limited availability so please book early to arrange

With all hires, at least one person must be over 18 and Photo ID  is required

 

Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hour "blame free" cancellation policy.  Please contact us with your cancellation request at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking time and we will arrange a full refund of your hire fee.  Within the final 24 hours, any cancellation will be credited with a 50% voucher to hire our ebikes at a later date

 

 

Bike styles vary and may include:

  • City Bike (Step Through)
  • Hybrid Mountain Bike (Hard Tail)

 

All of our bikes are Pedal Assist eBikes and comply with Australian Standards (EN15194).  When the battery is not engaged, they look and feel like an ordinary bike. With the battery engaged, pedalling up hills becomes a breeze, allowing access to the real charm of the region, away from all the crowds!

All bikes must be returned to the hire outlet 15 minutes before closing time each day unless prior arrangements made.

Each hirer needs to show their Driver’s Licence at pick-up, which may be photographed.

You will also need to sign, either electronically or in hard copy, the SA eBikes "E-bike Tour or Hire Disclaimer and Agreement"

 

What should I wear for the e-bike ride?

Dress for the weather in comfortable clothing to enjoy the great outdoors.
Wear closed-toe shoes (runners are ideal).

Is there anything else I should bring?

Although eBikes are not as strenuous as normal bikes, hydration is still important - bring some water that can be carried in your backpack.
Also consider bringing sunglasses, gloves, sunscreen, and a spray jacket if rain is likely.
